    Drawing on our network and targeted research, we identify candidates who fit the role in every meaningful way. We present a considered shortlist, not a stack of CVs. Every name on the list has been spoken to directly.

    Assessment

    In-depth conversations with every candidate we present. We evaluate for skills, ambition, cultural alignment, and long-term fit before you meet them — so your time is spent on the right conversations.

    Placement

    We support both parties through offer, negotiation, and onboarding. And we stay engaged well after the start date — because a great placement is one that lasts.
