Brief
Before any search begins, we spend time with the people doing the hiring. The goal is to understand the problem the role is intended to solve, not just the requirements on paper. That conversation shapes everything that follows.

Search
We start with our own network and relationships, then draw on broader market tools where needed. The aim is to reach people who would not ordinarily respond to a job ad.

Screening
Every candidate has both a phone conversation and a face-to-face with us before being put forward. The shortlist is small by design. Quality of introduction matters more than volume.

Candidate Profiles
Each shortlisted candidate comes with a written profile drawn from the screening conversation. It covers what the CV cannot: what they are looking for, how they think about their work, and why this opportunity is the right one for them specifically.

Interviews
We manage the logistics and share preparation notes with all parties. Where competing offers become a factor, we stay involved to help both sides reach a good outcome.

Due Diligence
Two reference checks with written reports are standard. We support offer negotiation and work through the acceptance process with both sides.
- 07
Post-placement
Check-ins at agreed intervals with the hiring manager and the new hire. The goal is to make sure expectations on both sides remain aligned as the placement beds in.
